Texas

Evens surprised me a couple of months ago by buying plane tickets for the girls and I to go down to Texas so I could be at my brother-from-another-mother 's wedding.  My much-bigger little brother got married and Evens knew that it would pretty much break my heart to miss his wedding.  The girls and I just got back from this last trip and we had a blast!  Brad's wedding was beautiful, and I also found some time to get together with my girlfriends and take the girls to some fun places.
Of course the only pictures I got to take before my camera died and I realized I hadn't packed the charger were at this place.  It's called the Witte Museum, and it's a cool place to take the kids.  It's much like the Discovery Gateway here in Salt Lake City (for those who have been there).

We discovered that Kara is freakishly strong!  She had no trouble pulling herself up!

We had lots of fun in San Antonio, and the girls did not want to leave.  But they were very happy to see daddy again!  If I can find some pictures of the wedding to post I will certainly do that!
