My table is coming along smoothly (pun intended)!!! Evens and I finished sanding the crap out of it about an hour ago. Hopefully tomorrow we can blow it off and start the painting steps. First, primer. Second, paint. Third, seal. Fourth, seal. Fifth, seal. Oh, and the part I keep forgetting about: re-stuffing and re-covering the chairs. I probably should go shopping for fabric… It won’t be done by Wednesday, which was my goal, but I figure that it’s pretty impressive that I’ve done this much (with a little help from Evens;) ) so I suppose I can be happy with how slowly it’s coming.
Can you tell from these pictures how dusty it is in the garage? We probably should have had a lot better ventilation going on… bring on the sawdust lung!
