Ah Bugger

My mom finally got in late last night-- about 4 hours behind schedule. She was lucky to make it here at all since the flight from Denver to SLC was really close to being canceled due to bad weather. Anyway, we were very glad to see her here safe and sound. And my massive project is no closer to being finished (sometimes I wonder if it's easier just to have someone else do the work... or just buy what you want, rather than taking the time and effort and time and time to do it yourself. I mean sure, you can feel proud of yourself once it's done, but isn't saving your sanity worth a little pride?). We have found a few problems which Evens will have to fix before I can go any further, so I think I'm going to make him stay up late tonight to help me work on it... we'll see if he's up for that! The girls and I are meeting up with my cousin and her husband and their kids tomorrow to go to Heber City and spend a "Day Out With Thomas" (the train dude). I'm kind of excited... er, really excited actually. Mostly because I absolutely love Heber City, and also it's always fun hanging out with great company. Hopefully it won't be too cold or rainy and I can get some good pictures to post!
